This was my second stay at the hotel, and once again, the hospitality was exceptional from the moment we arrived. The staff were immediately attentive, assisting with our luggage and parking the car. Check-in was smooth and efficient, with a warm welcome that included coffee and drinks. A special thank you to the receptionist, Khalid, for his professional and pleasant service. The junior suite was perfectly suited for two guests, offering ample space and a comfortable, clean environment. The room amenities were also clean and well-maintained. The reception team was consistently responsive and quick to assist with any requests we had during our stay. Overall, we enjoyed our time at the hotel and will definitely be returning

Location: it is accessible and quiet Food: the restaurant was great, lots of food variety and place was cool. Room: Was spacious, complete toiletries , modernized , and clean Reception: was accommodating and fast in answering calls.

I really like the cleanliness of the room, the comfort, and especially the peaceful atmosphere since it’s not noisy. The receptionist is also very approachable, always smiling, and very accommodating. These small details truly made our stay more relaxing and enjoyable.

The hotel is well located on King Fahd Road, very convenient in downtown area. The facility exceeds my expectation, gym and swimming pool are nice. The staff have a great attitude mostly. The frontdesk called Turki Alotaibi is very nice and friendly to me, giving me a great welcome and a upgrade to the suite. Overall very nice experience.

Great stay great breakfast and very helpful team I requested to extend the accommodation for a few hours due to I have an appointment in hospital after check out time and they extended it with no charge.
