Location: it is accessible and quiet Food: the restaurant was great, lots of food variety and place was cool. Room: Was spacious, complete toiletries , modernized , and clean Reception: was accommodating and fast in answering calls.

The staff is super helpful and accommodates all request in timely manner. Special thanks to Abdullah (deputy manager) and Rehab at restaurant reception.

Great stay great breakfast and very helpful team I requested to extend the accommodation for a few hours due to I have an appointment in hospital after check out time and they extended it with no charge.

I enjoyed a pleasant stay at Ramada by Wyndham Riyadh. The spacious suite was a definite highlight, providing ample room and all the amenities I needed, all of excellent quality. The staff were incredibly welcoming and polite, and I especially appreciated the generous upgrade to a suite with a lovely view. A special thank you to Turki and Bassam for their exceptional service. When a last-minute change required me to extend my stay by a night, the staff were incredibly accommodating, promptly arranging the extension and even honoring my original booking rate. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay. While the suite was generally clean, I did notice some dust on the furniture and lamps. Additionally, the hand and face towels in the bathroom were quite worn and could benefit from replacement. My only other suggestion would be to improve the check-in process. With two staff members handling a number of guests, particularly on a weekend, the wait time was a little longer than ideal. Perhaps adding an extra staff member during peak periods could streamline this process.
